The Sodrel House - Climax, GA Cross Sawmill supplied all the cypress beams, and lumber for a 19,000 sq. ft. project that is the private residence of Mr. and Mrs. Robert Sodrel, of Climax, GA. The project was a massive undertaking and Steve Cross worked closely with Bob Sodrell to supply the needs in a timely manner. The beams, porches and decking are all cypress, as are many interior elements.    Back of House  The staircases, porches, railings, etc., are all custom sawn cypress  Bob Sodrell (owner, left) discusses the porch and project with Steve Cross (right)   Cross Sawmill also supplied the fireplace mantels - (Cypress, below)  Bob Sodrel (right) discussing the special tiger striped cherry wood mantel that Steve Cross (left) gave as a special gift to the project.
